Frequently asked questions
How long does a move to Germany take?
Loading on day one, unloading on day two. Scandinavia with a ferry takes 2–3 days.
Can I send only part of a load for less?
Yes, if it fits with another order going the same way – we offer a date and a lower price.
What about insurance on the road?
Our €50,000 general liability cover is valid abroad too. For valuable items we arrange cargo insurance based on the declared value.
Do I need customs documents?
Not within the EU. For Norway and the UK you need an inventory list and a relocation declaration – we prepare them together with you.
Can you take a car or a motorcycle?
Motorcycles and bicycles – yes. Cars – no.
Can you store my things for a while?
Yes, we can arrange storage between move-out and move-in. Tell us the dates and the volume, and we will include it in the quote.
Do you speak English?
Yes. Write or call in English – the quote and all the details will be in English.
