How much does moving in Vilnius cost in 2026?
Short answer: from €138 – the minimum 2-hour order with two movers and a van. A studio usually costs €138–207, a 1-bedroom (2-room) apartment €207–416, a 2-bedroom (3-room) €416–624. The final price depends on hours, floor, lift, distance and whether your things are packed. Updated 19 October 2026.

Prices are for Vilnius, transport included. They are typical ranges for the most common cases – with more things or harder conditions the amount is higher. Private customers pay the price with all taxes; companies pay + VAT (21%).
How the price is calculated
The base is an hourly rate. Time counts from arrival at the pick-up address to the end of unloading. The hour includes carrying and loading, transport in Vilnius, protecting furniture with film and blankets, disassembly and assembly, and protecting the stairwell.
Example: a 2-room apartment, things packed, from the 4th floor without a lift to the 2nd floor with a lift, both in Vilnius. Two movers, about 4 hours: 4 h × (€69 + €10) = €316. With a lift in both buildings it would be 4 × €69 = €276.
We give you this amount in writing before the job. It does not change unless the volume changes. If we are more than 15 minutes late, the price is reduced by 10%.

Furniture delivery and single items
A sofa from a store, a wardrobe, a fridge or a washing machine: we pick it up (also without you there – send the order number), carry it in and place it. Two movers with a van, minimum 2 hours – €138 in Vilnius. Old furniture can go out on the same trip from €20/m³.
How to make your move cheaper
- Pack in advance. Packed things mean fewer hours: two movers usually move a packed 2-room apartment in 3–4 hours; packing on the spot takes 5–6 hours.
- Get rid of what you don’t need before the move, or let us take it on the same trip – from €20/m³, no separate trip.
- Make sure the van can park at the entrance and the lift works.
- Send photos. We choose the right crew and give a fixed price – you don’t pay for hours booked “just in case”.

What happens if something gets damaged?
Our general civil liability is insured for €50,000 (Lietuvos draudimas). Liability is up to €500 per item; declare more valuable items in advance.

Free if you tell us more than 24 hours before. Later – one hour of the booked crew (2 movers – €69); once the crew has arrived – €138 (+ travel outside Vilnius).
